Colosseum
This immense amphitheatre, of which we still admire the ancient splendour, was begun
by Vespasian in 72 a.C., continued by Titus and finished by Domitian.
Hebrew prisoners were employed in its constructions. Its real name is theFlavian
Amphitheatre.
